Shipping
Every order ships free anywhere in the U.S. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), and you'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened, unused products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Email us at grettel.br.96@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back, and we'll reply with return instructions.
Damaged or wrong items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is the customer's responsibility.
